During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording.

The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.

New Grads will not be considered at this time.

Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP or ANP.

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications:

Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
