- Evening hours:
Monday - Thursday 6PM-9:30PM - Sundays 8AM-12PM
- $10k sign‑on bonus

- Malpractice coverage
2+ years of experience working as a general pediatrics provider is required.
Education- Completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Current, Unrestricted Arizona state specific DEA license
- Current, or ability to obtain an unrestricted license in the state of Arizona
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Board Certified
