A small pain management clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our pain management practice in a structured three-day workweek schedule (Monday through Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break). The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluations, follow‑up visits, treatment planning, medication management, and patient education. This role is ideal for a provider who values consistency in scheduling while delivering high-quality, patient-centered pain management care.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
" + "
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
" + "
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness in accordance with state and federal regulations

• Review diagnostic studies, laboratory results, and imaging reports

• Perform follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medication use, and lifestyle modifications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, clinical guidelines, and practice policies

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Arizona (ATD and/or probation can apply)

• National certification as FNP, AGNP, or related specialty

• DEA registration with prescribing authority

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
