Overview

Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift at Heritage Court Post Acute, Scottsdale. Under the medical direction of attending physicians, the role provides primary care to residents, focusing on assessment, illness prevention, and health‑care management.

Hourly pay $32.00 – $40.00 based on experience; $1,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 90 days. Full‑time, 12‑hour night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am). Standard shift schedule: 3×12 or 4×12 weeks with rotating weekends.

• Provide primary care to residents under medical direction.
• Welcome residents, orient them, and provide information on resident rights.
• Provide assessment and diagnostic services, including in‑depth physical examinations.
• Perform assessment techniques: observation, inspection, auscultation, percussion, palpation.
• Conduct optic and ophthalmic examinations.
• Record physical findings, formulate plans, and prognoses based on resident condition.
• Report findings and plans to the attending physician.

• Licensed LPN or LVN.
• Fingerprint clearance card.
• CPR certification.
• BLS certification (preferred).
