The Outpatient Program Nurse assumes primary responsibility for the assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients within the Outpatient facility. The nurse assumes leadership responsibilities at the unit level and demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills related to patient’s mental health and physical health needs.
Qualifications- Current license to practice nursing in Arizona or compact privileges.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably an Outpatient PHP or IOP facility.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
