RN (Registered Nurse) NOC Shift 6pm-6am

Sign on Bonus: $1,500 paid over a 90 day period

Job type: 12‑hour shifts, full time

Shift hours: 6 pm‑6 am

Pay: $34.00‑$44.00 per hour depending on experience

• Licensed RN
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• CPR certified

• Provide primary care to specific residents under medical direction and supervision of attending physicians or the Medical Director of the facility.
• Welcome residents and orient them to the environment.
• Provide information and instruction to residents and families, including resident rights.
• Provide assessment and diagnostic services to assigned residents.
• Perform assessment evaluation with complete in‑depth physical examinations using observation, inspection, auscultation, percussion, palpation, and optic/ophthalmic examinations.
• Record findings, formulate plans and prognosis based on residents’ condition, and report to attending physician.
