Cardiology Non-Invasive/Advanced Heart Failure & Heart Transplant Program Opportunity
Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and Banner University Medical Group invite an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Advanced Heart Failure Program. The NP will be integral to the Cardiovascular & Transplant Institutes within Banner University Medicine Phoenix.
Work ScheduleFull Time | 4–10 hour shifts | Week/weekend rotation call within APPs.
ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Practitioner’s clinical role includes management of patients, interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, patient education, consultation, and participation in research.
Practice Details and Qualifications- NP will work with the Advanced Heart Failure team.
- NP experience required; new graduates considered if they have Heart Failure experience.
- Inpatient & outpatient experience desired.
- Current Board Certification and Arizona License.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances.
