Advanced Practice Provider – Hepatology / Liver Transplant

Banner University Medical Group seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our highly trained team of Hepatology providers and transplant team. Our APPs provide medical management to the Advanced Liver Disease and pre‑liver transplant patients. This role is primarily outpatient with the potential for inpatient rotation.

• Monday through Friday schedule with ambulatory hours of operation and light call responsibility.
• Outpatient clinics throughout the week.
• Multidisciplinary team with full support and partnership of the surgical team, transplant pharmacists, nurse coordinators, dietitians, financial coordinators, and social workers.
• Consultation with other departments including Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and other specialties.
• Educational opportunities: weekly Transplant Selection Committee, Quality Meetings, Pathology and Radiology Conferences, Rounds, and other team activities.

• NP experience in Hepatology and/or Liver Transplant preferred; new graduates welcome with RN critical care or specialty experience.
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.
• Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certification.
