Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square
, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere. This is a Per Diem opportunity, offering flexible scheduling and the ability to work as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign measurements and wound care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arizona
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance as needed
