ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols

Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts

RequirementsCurrent LPN licensure in the state of Arizona
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
