- $65–70/hour
, based on experience - Eligibility for a monthly performance bonus

This position may provide care at any of our Valley locations:
- Scottsdale
- Central Phoenix

Travel between clinic locations may be required based on provider and patient scheduling.
What You'll DoAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
- Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
