Practice Locations

This position may provide care at any of our Valley locations:

Travel between clinic locations may be required based on provider and patient scheduling.

What You'll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional outpatient care while working closely with our physicians and clinical team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Perform focused physical examinations and document clinical findings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes
  • Order and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
