Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square in Scottsdale, Arizona. • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including rehabilitation, postsurgical, and chronic care needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other licensed healthcare professionals

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
