• Active AZ or Compact RN License

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience – Required

• Previous OR Circulator experience – Required

• Neurosurgery experience – Preferred

• Strong experience with multiple surgical specialties

• Ability to work a weekday day schedule

• Ability to participate in 7–10 days of call per month

• Willingness to take weekend call

• Flu vaccine – Required; no exceptions

• Must meet the 100-mile radius rule

• Permanent residence must be more than 100 miles from the facility

• RTO limited to 3 days maximum during the 13-week assignment
