Bright Spring Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track regularly scheduled Amerita nursing visits for field staff;
Secure Home Health agency for patient visits when Amerita nurse cannot provide nursing;
Communicate patient demos and infusion orders to field nurses and alert updates to infusion orders;
Communicate assignment of new patients and primary nursing from Nurse Manager to field staff;
Triage calls from patients, providers and internal partners regarding scheduled nursing visits
