CNA​/LNA

Vi Living is seeking a part-time CNA/LNA to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our luxury continuing care retirement community. In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities, monitor and report changes in resident condition, support mobility and safety, and help maintain a clean, comfortable environment. You'll collaborate with nurses and care teams while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Measure and record vital signs, report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
• Support safe resident transfers and mobility using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment following infection control standards
• Document care and observations accurately in electronic records or designated systems
• Assist with resident positioning, skin integrity, and basic comfort measures
• Follow care plans and collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Engage residents with respect, dignity, and professionalism, supporting emotional well-being
• Observe and follow all safety, fall prevention, and emergency procedures
• Participate in ongoing training, in-services, and performance improvement initiatives
