We are seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care within a dynamic healthcare team. The RN will utilize the nursing process, demonstrate clinical competence, and apply critical thinking to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include understanding departmental policies and organizational requirements to ensure a unified workflow. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Recent RN graduate from an accredited program or actively licensed RN in Arkansas in good standing
- BSN preferred
- Basic knowledge and skills to meet standard care
- Ability to work as a full partner within the healthcare team
- CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed depending on unit
- Specialty units provide specific education as needed
This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly, with day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
