Registered Nurse; RN Operating Room | Day Shift

Pay Rate: $31.35 – $46.59 / hour (based on experience)

No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays

• Deliver high-quality intraoperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties
• Assist with surgical suite setup, sterile field preparation, and terminal cleaning of OR suites
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, scrub techs, and anesthesia providers to maintain patient safety and efficient room turnovers
• Adapt seamlessly to varying case loads including Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, Cataracts, and General Surgery
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation (Meditech Expanse)

• Education & License:
  Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas (or compact equivalent)
• Certifications:
  
  Current BLS and ACLS required
• Clinical
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum hands-on experience in orthopedic surgery (specifically total joint replacements and sports medicine)
• Specialty Flexibility:
  Demonstrated capability to circulate/assist across General, ENT, GYN, Spine, Urology, and Cataract procedures
• EHR:
  Experience with Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred
