Davis Commercial AZ is expanding and seeking driven, entrepreneurial CRE professionals to join our growing team in Arizona, with our office located in the Scottsdale Airpark. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a minimum of two years of commercial real estate experience who is ready to elevate their business and operate at a higher level in a competitive, fast-moving market.

This is a commission-based, independent contractor opportunity with significant upside for driven professionals focused on building a long-term career in commercial brokerage including investment sales. At DCAZ, we prioritize deep market knowledge, disciplined execution, and a collaborative culture that supports sustained growth and performance. House brokerage leads are shared with all team members. Please note that this is an on-site position.

Agents at DCAZ operate with autonomy while following a proven roadmap supported by experienced leadership and mentorship. Daily responsibilities include advising investors and business owners on commercial real estate strategies, preparing broker opinions of value and market analyses, researching Phoenix submarkets and industry trends, and marketing investment properties to qualified buyers. The role also involves prospecting new relationships, maintaining active client pipelines, negotiating listing and purchase agreements, and collaborating with senior agents to achieve defined business and career milestones.

You’ll be expected to stay highly engaged in the Arizona CRE market, communicate clearly with clients, and consistently build relationships with investors, owners, and industry professionals.
