This is a full or part-time role for a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance. The role involves managing property listings, conducting market analyses, hosting virtual or in-person visits, and negotiating sales or leases. Real Estate Agents will also deliver excellent customer service while building and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in technology tools used for virtual property tours and listings
- Familiarity with the Phoenix Metropolitan Area real estate market is preferred
