NOW HIRING | Organic Chemist / Research Scientist

About the Role

Bio Tech Ventures is a US based custom synthesis laboratory and life sciences company focused on developing novel, research-only pharmacological active molecules for pre‑clinical research.

Our work supports scientific research into mechanisms of neuroplasticity restoration and reward pathway regulation.

We are seeking a hands‑on organic chemist to lead the computational and synthetic development work under the direct supervision of the Chief Scientific Officer.

The role involves heavy use of retrosynthesis tools, quantitative structure‑activity relationship (QSAR) modeling for activity prediction, synthesis of prioritized compounds, characterization, and generation of high‑quality data to support research objectives.

This is a high‑impact, research‑intensive position focused on advancing novel platform development through computational design and hands‑on synthesis.

This is a unique opportunity to combine molecular design, QSAR modeling, and advanced organic synthesis to help advance a novel research platform.
