Overview
We are seeking an energetic leader to join our team as the Restaurant General Manager. This individual will be responsible for coordinating people, systems, and routines to ensure total customer satisfaction and desired business results.
This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, and the franchisee is the employer responsible for employment matters at the restaurant. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions at the restaurant.
Responsibilities- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with a leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
- Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
