** About the Role
** The Four Seasons Residence Club is looking for a passionate
** Pool Attendant/Server
** to join the team! You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by cordially greeting guests, taking orders, and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner. The pool attendant will also be trained to become a food and beverage server at the Ocotillo Grill, the poolside restaurant, and rotate the shifts between the pool deck and the restaurant.
** What you will do
*** Greeting and seating Residence Club owners and guests in the pool area and providing beverage service
* Learning the knowledge of poolside menu and hourly amenity services
* Taking, finalizing, and delivering orders to owners and their guests
* Maximizing beverage sales during each shift, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
* Upkeeping cleanliness of the pool area, including service stations
* Supporting Ocotillo Grill server with table bussing
* Trained to be the Ocotillo Grill food and beverage server for lunch services
* Partake in providing services during various owner activations and events
** What you bring
*** A person who is caring, positive, and enthusiastic
* A person who invests to engage and build rapport with Residence Club owners professionally
* 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience is a plus
* Ability to walk up to 10 hours per day in a desert climate
* Ability to safely drive golf carts and utility carts
* Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card

Hours:

*** Full-time employment with possible overtime based on business demands
* Ability to provide maximum availability for the 7-day operation
* Scheduled for an 8-hour shift with 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, 10am, and 11am starting times, potential PM shift schedules with Weekly/Monthly event nights.
* 30-minute lunch breaks
