- Coach the team in providing excellent, specialized customer service, building meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives while upholding Ferragamo standards.
- Design, lead, and drive store strategy to achieve the best sales performance by understanding client desires and creating a hand‑crafted 360° experience.
- Lead and coach the team to transform each client experience into a magical moment.
- Maintain momentum toward long‑term strategy amid short‑term pressures, developing plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Understand company KPIs and identify strategies to enhance performance standards.
- Proficient English language skills; knowledge of a second language is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents; effective telephone etiquette.
- Multi‑tasking ability while being attentive to customers and flexible to business needs; capable of independent initiative.
