Under direct supervision, the Assortment Planner I supports development and execution of space-aware assortment plans for assigned categories, clusters, or channels. Works under guidance to gather data, prepare analysis, and support recommendations that balance assortment breadth, space, sales productivity, and operational feasibility.

• Assists in maintaining space-aware assortment plans for assigned categories or clusters.
• Conducts data analysis to support assortment decisions, including performance by SKU, space, and store cluster.
• Supports execution of assortment updates and space allocation within physical constraints.
• Prepares routine reporting to track assortment performance vs plan.
• Collaborates with Merchandising, MFP, and Supply Chain to ensure operational readiness.
• Assists with assortment lifecycle activities, including introductions and transitions.
• Other duties as assigned

• 0-2 years planning, merchandising, analytics, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Professional certifications are a plus.

Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.

Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
