Customer Service Representative - Scottsdale Fashion Square

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience

• The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs

• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android

• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$16.60 - $17.30 Hourly. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. At Nordstrom, commission for most selling employees varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3% commission.
