As a Retail Key Holder, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Acting as a leader on the floor, you’ll assist in opening and closing the store, managing daily operations, and supporting the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility.

• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and store organization.
• Support and guide team members during shifts to meet sales goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Act as a point of contact for any customer concerns or operational issues during your shift.

• 3 years of retail experience is required, with some experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to take initiative when needed.
• Familiarity with retail operations, including point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and go up and down stairs.
