Job description - Retail Customer Service Leader ~ Local Small Business Bark If You’re Dirty ~ Healthy Pet Center is seeking a Retail Leader to join our award-winning (New Times & Phoenix Magazine's Best Of Phoenix ) team. We are a pet center that consists of three departments:
Retail, Grooming, and Self Wash. We are a one-stop shop for washing, feeding and spoiling your pet!
Now is your chance to join our fast growing and fun environment. We are looking for a Retail Lead who has open availability, including evenings, weekends and some holidays. Onsite training of all store operations, duties and product knowledge will be provided to eager learners!
A successful applicant for a Retail Lead position MUST meet the following criteria:Customer service oriented by putting customers first.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Has experience in field inquiries, handling complaints and monitor customer service.
Has experience managing and building a team.
Has experience meeting and maintaining the store's monthly targets and store budgets.
Detail oriented while working on a POS system.
Multitasking capabilities.
Confident and enthusiastic.
Merchandising experience.
Able to deal with confidential matters.
Required experience:- Must have Sales Experience
- Must enjoy speaking with customers
- Must be able to approach customers
Previous key holder experience 1 year+
Cash handling experience 1 year+
Responsible.
Flexible schedule, must work nights and weekends available 15 to 30 hours per week.
