Consignment Buyer | Showroom Floor

My Sisters Attic located in Lincoln Village, Scottsdale, AZis hiring a Part-Time Showroom Floor Sales Associate WHO WE AREEco Chic Consignments operates three luxury resale brands — My Sister's Closet, My Sister's Attic, and Well Suited — across Arizona and Southern California. We operate ten locations with two California stores and a plan to grow. Position Summary The Sales Associate / Showroom Floor Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while actively supporting the merchandising and physical setup of the showroom floor. This is a dual-role position combining consultative sales with hands-on furniture and home furnishings movement.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Greet and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable manner

Guide customers through the showroom and provide product information

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems

Support consignor intake and item tagging as needed

Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and visual standards

Showroom Floor & Merchandising Assist in the placement, relocation, and staging of furniture and home furnishings on the showroom floor

Collaborate with team members on team lifts for large or heavy items

Rearrange displays to reflect new inventory, seasonal changes, or sales directives

Follow all safety protocols when moving merchandise

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience (DOE). We offer competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses for eligible employees.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORA minimum of 2 years of experience in consignment buying, furniture retail, estate sales, or a related field

Current, working knowledge of fine, high-end furniture and home décor brands and market values

Excellent customer service and communication skills — both verbal and written

Strong research and computer skills; ability to look up and verify item provenance and value

An impeccable sense of style and a professional, polished appearancePOS system experience preferred

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
