The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience by welcoming customers, supporting the selling team, and providing exceptional service during the holiday season. The role works across store areas and reports to a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
- Work in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on customer requests.
- Connect customers with management to resolve escalated issues.
- Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with Operations and store managers.
- Introduce relevant services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
