As a Crystal Expert, you will be a brand ambassador, offering exceptional customer service and sharing in-depth product knowledge to help customers select crystals, jewelry, and accessories that match their style and needs. You will greet and engage customers, present collections and product stories, and provide personalized recommendations that highlight craftsmanship, quality, and design. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining store visual standards, replenishing stock, handling sales transactions, and supporting inventory management and merchandising activities.

You will collaborate closely with your team to achieve sales goals, participate in promotions and events, and ensure a seamless, premium in-store experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Customer-facing retail skills, including client service, consultative selling, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Product presentation and storytelling skills, with an eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail in showroom displays.
• Sales and operations skills, including POS system use, cash handling, basic inventory control, and adherence to store procedures.
• Communication and teamwork skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and effective collaboration in a diverse team.
• Interest in fashion, jewelry, and design, with the ability to stay informed about trends and translate them into styling advice for customers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or luxury goods is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in retail, fashion, or business is an advantage.
