Summary
The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team and enhances the client experience during the seasonal period. This role welcomes clients, helps address their needs, and supports store operations across different areas.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
- Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
- Follow up on customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
- Introduce clients to available services, including alterations, personalization, and delivery.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with the ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
