Overview
Echo is seeking a Sr. Account Executive who can skillfully provide solutions, creatively solve problems, and maintain contact and advocacy for our Managed National Accounts. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will strive to go above and beyond customer expectations every day. You will partner with your team to schedule, book, and track each Shipment to its completion across all modes of transportation (TL, LTL, Partial, Flatbed, etc.).
You will drive efficiency and own your book of business by analyzing and executing new strategies for increased growth and profitability.
- Quote all modes of transportation confidently and accurately
- Verify timely pick-ups and deliveries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving external and internal issues
- Ensure the financial health of each account
- Attend and contribute to Q /client meetings with Sales to review performance and act on client feedback
- Maintain and update operating procedures as needed, collaborating with inter-departmental teams to position the book of business for success
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Can display a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
- Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships
- Ability to communicate at all levels and with a wide range of personalities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ready for the next challenge
- BA/BS Degree with high GPA
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a business services environment or 2+ years internal Echo operations experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
