We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be the operational engine behind our sales organization. In this role, you’ll own sales processes, reporting, and tooling—including emerging AI solutions—to help our sales and BDR teams work smarter, move faster, and focus on high‑quality opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, is deeply process‑oriented, and is excited to leverage data and AI to drive measurable sales efficiency.
This role will be based out of our Scottsdale, AZ office.
- Own and continuously improve the front‑end sales processes, from lead handoff to onboarding
- Manage sales tools, workflows, and documentation
- Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data hygiene
- Build and optimize outbound prospect lists for AEs and BDRs using Salesforce data, AI insights, and performance signals to re‑engage stale leads and unlock new pipeline
- Deliver accurate, timely sales reporting and insights to sales leadership
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions as priorities evolve
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive efficiency, accountability, and execution
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation processes
- Act as a trusted thought partner during periods of change and growth
- 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS environment
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, and data management
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; modeling experience is a plus)
- Highly process‑oriented mindset with a track record of driving operational improvements
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a high‑growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
- Strong analytical mindset and a knack for trend spotting and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboards (ability to create custom reports, lists, and automate processes).
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast‑growing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
