About the RoleThe Lender Services Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing lender partners while ensuring lender profiles and loan programs within the Comm Loan platform remain accurate and current.
In this role, you will conduct periodic outreach to lender partners to confirm lending preferences, update existing loan programs, and add new programs as they become available. You will also identify and establish new points of contact at financial institutions when lenders change organizations or when additional contacts are needed.
You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of Comm Loan’s lender database by proactively researching, outreaching, and confirming lender criteria to ensure we continue delivering well-aligned opportunities to our lending partners.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities- Confirm and update lender preferences, deal parameters, and lending criteria
- Ensure lender profiles accurately reflect the types of deals lenders are actively pursuing
- Monitor lender accounts to identify when a new or additional point of contact is needed
- Research financial institutions to locate appropriate contacts using tools such as Linked In and direct outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to institutions to identify and connect with key decision-makers
- Onboard new lender contacts into the Comm Loan platform
- Assist with pulling, compiling, and maintaining reports related to the lender database and lender activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and relationship continuity
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and Linked In outreach
- Comfort with research and initiating outbound calls
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, including report management and data tracking
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in sales, customer service, commercial lending, banking, or financial services is a plus, but not required
