Position: Sales Development Representative (Outreach to Registered Investment Advisors)

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to help expand our investor network. This part‑time role involves identifying and connecting with potential RIAs investing in alternatives, and may be interested in our debt fund. Your goal is to initiate conversations, warm up leads, and schedule calls for our executive team.

Responsibilities
  • Target & Identify Prospects: Research and identify RIA’s and their lists
  • Outreach: Make outreach calls from leads and lists to develop relationships and set up appointment and presentations.
  • Engagement & Follow-Up: Use a proven script to engage leads, respond to inquiries, and nurture connections.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure and schedule calls between qualified leads and our executive team.
  • CRM & Tracking: Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and results.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in sales, investor relations (experience in financial services, alternative investments, or wealth management is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills – persuasive but professional in approach.
  • Proactive and results-driven – comfortable working independently to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Familiarity with accredited investor criteria and alternative investments (helpful but not required).
  • Tech-savvy – experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and messaging automation tools is a plus.
Compensation & Hours
  • Part‑time, flexible hours (15‑20 hours per week).
  • Competitive hourly rate + performance‑based bonus for qualified meetings set.
