• Making outside sales calls, handling inbound calls, follow‑up calls, and scheduling
• Providing illustrations and case design
• Managing sales expectations of our existing clients
• Assisting in life insurance case management
• Attending training sessions and meetings
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Proactively bringing on new clients

As a Life Sales Associate, you must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit bolstered by experience, confidence, and a high degree of personal integrity. You should be able to quickly establish trust and build long‑term client relationships. Quantum’s advisors come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, from insurance sales to security‑licensed advisors.

• Fluent in Microsoft Office products
• 3+ years’ experience with life products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
