Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will be an ambassador of the brand, responsible for creating memorable, personalized experiences for clients and building long-term relationships. The role requires a customer-focused, commercial mindset and the ability to advise across product categories while using in-house clienteling tools. You will contribute to individual and team sales objectives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

• Provide personalized service and product advice to clients across all categories
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and contribute to store performance
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling systems
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge to advise clients effectively
• Act as a trusted personal advisor, tailoring the in-store experience to client needs

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment, or strong customer-centric background
• Strong commercial orientation with a willingness to learn and develop sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to use clienteling tools and maintain client records to drive repeat business
• Flexible availability to work retail hours and support team objectives
