Automotive Sales Manager

Car Guys Inc. is recruiting within a dealership network that wants a high‑performing sales manager to lead, train, and develop a sales team. The candidate will collaborate with dealership operations, maintain customer satisfaction, oversee sales forecasting, and manage new and used vehicle operations.

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high‑performance sales team through accountability management principles
• Supervise the training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees
• Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction
• Review the forecasting of unit sales and gross profit
• Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multi‑task and juggle multiple items at once
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven track record of high CSI and sales volume
• Long‑term stability in previous employment
• Product knowledge and a passion for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator or “numbers guy” who sits behind the desk
