Duties- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Drive route deliveries using commercial vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients
- Conduct merchandising activities, including product displays and inventory management at customer locations
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting compelling options
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, deliveries, and customer interactions for reporting purposes
- Assist with heavy lifting during deliveries and stock replenishment to ensure efficient service
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues promptly and enhance customer satisfaction
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred
- Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales transactions
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain product benefits
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling merchandise or delivery items
- Organizational skills to manage routes efficiently and keep accurate records of sales activities
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable
- Military background is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities
