Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial consultation to delivery.

Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Respond promptly to showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer referrals.

Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives.

Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options.

Maintain current knowledge of Mazda vehicles, technology, incentives, and competitive products.

Follow up with prospects and customers using the dealership CRM.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Deliver an exceptional dealership experience throughout the sales process.

Proven ability to meet or exceed automotive sales goals.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Experience using dealership CRM systems is preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Earn up to $15,000+ per month with a competitive commission pay plan.
