Brand Occasion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Brand Occasion Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What You'll Do:
Work closely with the Brand Manager to develop national marketing programs for occasion-based initiatives that are compelling, relevant, and on-brand, while identifying high-impact opportunities to drive overall brand performance Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Training, and other key stakeholders to execute occasion-focused campaigns and initiatives Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to develop and enhance program recommendations Partner with the marketing team to deliver consistent, impactful, and engaging occasion-focused content across all channels Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure alignment across programs, campaigns, and key business priorities Support the broader marketing team with operational and project-related needs, including task coordination, asset organization, and invoice processing Ensure brand standards and occasion-focused programs are effectively communicated and consistently executed across all touchpoints.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a marketing-related role, preferably within hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) Strong desire to learn, develop and grow within the Brand Marketing field Proven ability to build strong relationships with agency partners and cross-functional team members Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations Passion for the restaurant, food service, and hospitality industry, with a strong customer-centric focus Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and accountable, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving business objectives Experience with Asana or other project management software is a plus.

Location:

This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang's Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
