Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate for Store 4308. In this role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. Responsibilities include driving sales, meeting targets, handling POS transactions, merchandising, and maintaining accurate inventory. You'll support school outreach, generate lesson enrollments, and deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly, student-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong retail sales experience, solid product knowledge, and a passion for music and education.

Responsibilities

• Advise students, parents, and educators on instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Drive retail sales and meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and refunds
• Merchandise products and maintain an organized, appealing sales floor
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking
• Promote private lessons and rental programs to grow enrollments
• Support school outreach and community engagement initiatives
• Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with store and lesson staff to achieve shared goals
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and performance expectations
