Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Sales Director for a brand-new Scottsdale pre-lease community. You will lead the pre-opening sales center, build the pipeline, secure deposits, and drive occupancy targets from inquiry to move-in day.
You'll manage a fast-paced, startup-like environment, coach teams, partner with marketing and operations, and maintain CRM-driven forecasting and reporting to stay on target for occupancy growth.
