- Qualify fit: budget awareness, timeline, decision-maker, and service match
- Document learnings so winning plays become team playbooks
- Collaborate with SDRs and AEs so handoffs are clean and fast
- 1-3 years BDR, outbound sales, or business development experience
- Strong written communication and research habits
- Self-directed - you don't wait for a perfect lead list
- Comfort using AI and automation to scale personalization ethically
- Authorized to work remotely in the United States
