- Own and grow strategic relationships with corporate veterinary groups and multi-location organizations
- Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans
- Build trusted executive-level relationships with Regional Directors, Hospital Operations leaders, Medical Directors and executive leadership teams
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, translating service performance, sales trends and customer priorities into action plans
- Negotiate service agreements, renewals and strategic partnership initiatives
- Lead implementation plans for newly awarded hospitals, acquisitions and service expansions
- Identify whitespace and wallet-share opportunities through consultative selling and strategic account planning
- Partner with Care Center Managers, Operations leaders and Client Care teams to resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Sales leaders on hospital conversions, acquisitions and regional growth initiatives
- Use Power BI, Salesforce and Pawsetrack data to track account performance, service volumes, pricing, rebates and growth or margin opportunities
- Monitor competitive activity, customer needs and industry trends, sharing market intelligence with Sales leadership
- Represent Gateway at executive meetings, customer events, conferences and industry functions
- Mentor and support Sales team members by sharing strategic account management best practices
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five or more years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Experience managing strategic or national accounts and working with multi-location customers
- Strong presentation, executive relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze customer performance and translate data into actionable insights
- CRM experience; ability to use reporting tools and account data to guide decisions
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations and other functions
- Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned region

Demonstrates expertise in strategic account management, relationship building, and consultative selling within the veterinary industry. Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
