Automotive Sales Consultant

Car Max is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver a transparent, no-haggle car-buying experience in a high-traffic retail environment. In this role, you'll greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options using Car Max's extensive inventory and digital tools. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor and online
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
• Guide customers through test drives and vehicle feature demonstrations
• Deliver transparent pricing and explain Car
• Max's no-haggle sales process
• Process sales paperwork accurately and comply with regulations and company policies
• Use CRM and digital tools to manage leads and follow up with prospects
• Collaborate with teammates, service, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain product knowledge of inventory, features, and financing programs
• Support store operations, including lot presentation and vehicle delivery preparation
