As a full-time Lead Stylist, you serve as an expert on Hive &Colony’s style, design, quality, and service. You are a trusted advisor for our innovative and modern company, focused on providing exceptional customer service while supporting overall store operations.

• Conduct precise measurements for custom fittings.
• Drive business by meeting revenue expectations and personal sales goals.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to grooming guidelines.
• Complete all stylist training on product knowledge and technology.
• Enhance the client experience by acting as a brand advocate,building relationships, and communicating promotional events.
• Provide personalized service through detailed product knowledge,link selling, and following up on recent purchases.
• Support the team by offering assistance and maintaining a clean environment to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to problem-solve as issues arise.
• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
