Eye Build is expanding its B2B sales team in Scottsdale.

You’ll be working with contractors, builders, property operators, and other businesses that need security and remote-site technology.

This is a hands‑on sales position.

• Make outbound calls and prospect for new business
• Speak directly with decision‑makers
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Build and manage your pipeline
• Present Eye Build’s solutions
• Close new accounts
• Track activity in our CRM
• Occasionally visit businesses and job sites
• Develop real B2B sales skills

• Comfortable speaking with strangers
• Willing to make outbound calls
• Motivated by results
• Able to handle rejection and keep going
• Interested in improving their sales ability
• Driven by earning more through performance
