Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of business clients seeking financing and leasing solutions. This role includes prospecting new clients, qualifying leads, and conducting discovery conversations to understand business needs and recommend appropriate funding options. The Account Executive will prepare and present proposals, guide clients through the application process, coordinate with underwriting and operations teams, and ensure timely follow-up from initial contact through closing.
Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, meeting activity and revenue targets, and providing ongoing client support to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and share market feedback is expected.
Qualifications
- Client relationship and sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret financial information, assess risk, and align solutions with client needs.
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financing options clearly to diverse business audiences.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort working with CRM and productivity tools, and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Prior experience in commercial lending, equipment financing, leasing, or B2B financial services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach.
