P&C Commercial Lines Risk Advisor

Both newer and established P&C producers are encouraged to apply. We're looking for high energy, motivated individuals who aren't afraid to network, prospect, and use business to business marketing strategies to grow their book, and who want long term stability and growth with a rapidly expanding agency.

• Acquire new Commercial Lines business while maximizing cross-selling and account growth opportunities
• Generate leads and turn opportunities into lasting client partnerships
• Build and grow a specialized P&C book of business within Construction and Manufacturing through networking, business development, and strategic referral partnerships
• Represent the agency at networking events, conferences, and community organizations to expand your professional network
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and centers of influence to drive retention and referrals
• Partner with an experienced service team on new business submissions, proposals, renewals, and policy processing, so you can stay focused on selling and growing your book

• Active P&C (Property and Casualty) license required
• At least 1 year of P&C Commercial Lines experience
• Additional designations are a plus
• Outstanding communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A confident, self-starter mentality with a sense of urgency
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• $70,000 to $100,000+ starting base, DOE (higher for experienced P&C producers with an existing book who can hit the ground running)
• Commission structure on top of base
• Support staff to assist with customer service and renewals
